Classical Latin Grooves with Ziggy and Miles

The Johnston brothers live in concert

Ziggy and Miles Johnston are brothers who share a deep passion for music and their instrument, the classical guitar.

Classical Latin Grooves is an evening filled with energy and expression that takes you on a journey through the world of Argentinian tangos and Cuban and Brazilian classical music. Through their guitar playing, the two musicians will capture the music of Astor Piazzolla, Sergio Assad, Leo Brouwer and Máximo Diego Pujol.

Presented by Melbourne Recital Centre and duo Ziggy and Miles Johnston.

Ziggy and Miles Johnston have been playing guitar together since age 4. Ziggy and Miles represent two of the finest young guitarists this country has produced: both studied at the Victorian College of the Arts Secondary School and Monash University and went on to achieve great success in their musical careers.
