Applications close on Sunday 14 June for the Australian National Academy of Music (ANAM) 2027 Performance Program, open to Australian and New Zealand classical musicians. ANAM is a place where instrument mastery, innovative programming, and industry collaborations converge to forge skilled musicians who are supported by a robust musician enhancement program that responds to today’s world.  

ANAM’s Faculty are leading instrumentalists and pedagogues whose commitment and integrity ensure that each musician will reach their full potential. 

ANAM’s intensive training schedule brings together a global network of artists and performers who provide invaluable mentorship and guidance for young emerging musicians through public performances and in-residence masterclasses and programs.   

ANAM has industry collaborations with the Australian Chamber Orchestra, Melbourne Symphony Orchestra, Sydney Symphony Orchestra, Tasmanian Symphony Orchestra, West Australian Symphony Orchestra, the Auckland Philharmonia, and Musica Viva Australia as well as partnerships with national ensembles and arts festivals and internationally with the Berliner Philharmoniker, Bayerisches Staatsorchester (Munich), Mahler Chamber Orchestra (Berlin), Sibelius Academy (Finland) and The Colburn School (Los Angeles).
