Hindemith’s thrilling Kammermusik No.1 and Andrew Schultz’s luscious Endling will be performed alongside the Australian premiere of Smuggling Methods (for piano, violin, double bass and marimba) written by award-winning Australian composer Catherine Likhuta.

Kenji Bunch’s exciting work explores new sonic dimensions by adding two percussionists to the traditional piano trio configuration. Also featured in the program will be the world premiere of a work written by young Australian composer Christopher Healey – a tone poem for flute, piano, percussion and strings called Purgatorio.
