Musician Project plays Strauss and Prokofiev

Pay What You Think

The Musician Project will hit the Sydney Conservatorium of Music next weekend for an ambitious program of Prokofiev and Strauss.

Fabian Russell will conduct, while Jack Bailey is featured on cello – stay tuned for our Con Fuoco interview Jack next week.

We’ll also be bringing you exclusive coverage of the Musician Project’s rehearsal next Friday across our Twitter and Instagram channels – so if you’ve ever wondered what a rehearsal with the group is like, now’s your chance to find out.

The concert itself takes place at 5pm, June 19. The group offers a ‘Pay What You Think’ method of ticketing, but be sure you reserve your seat online so you can collect it from the box office on the day. For more information visit musicianproject.net.au/june-2016.

Full program includes:

  • PROKOFIEV: Sinfonia Concertante, Op. 125
  • STRAUSS, R: Ein Heldenleben, Op. 40
