The Guardian Masterclass and Dark Mofo

The Guardian Masterclasses and Dark Mofo are teaming up to present a workshop for those involved in the music industry.

The course focuses on areas of music programming, criticism and review, festival curation, pitching your story to editors, and events organisation.

If you’re serious about your music, this event is not to be missed.

Tutors on board include:

  • Kate Hennessy (freelance journalist and Guardian critic)
  • Meagan Loader (Content Director for Triple J’s Digital Networks)
  • Lorna Clarkson (Director Kinderling radio station and ex FBI)
  • Steph Harmon (Guardian Culture Editor and ex editor of Junkee and The Brag)
  • Tory Loudon (Guardian Head of Programs, ex Sydney Opera House and CarriageWorks producer)
  • Pip Stafford (media artist and producer)
  • Hannah Fox (Dark Mofo Creative Associate, Blacklist curator and Co-Director of creative agency Supple Fox).
